Interview Skills offer a wide range of recruitment services from training staff to helping individuals succeed at their next job interview. We coach and train people at every level of their careers, from top executives to graduates; new immigrants to individuals recently made redundant.

Courses & Workshops

Interview Skills courses are designed to provide staff and individuals with valuable techniques to help increase their performance during the recruiting process. Through a combination of interactive group discussions and individual practice sessions, you will learn and apply a wide range of interview skills and techniques designed to make a strong impact at your next interview whatever the format (traditional, competency-based or speed-interviewing).

More specifically, the courses will give you the ability to:

Speak confidently about your strengths, skills and motivation
How to answer interview questions (and give examples)
Respond to complex questions about management, leadership and conflict
Reply to sensitive questions on mistakes, weaknesses and challenging situations/colleagues

Interview Skills trainers will provide you with detailed feedback throughout the session and help you devise a plan-of-action so you can prepare for your big day. You will also receive our Interview Skills Booklet which will give you key survival tips and strategies for getting the job you want.

Our format can be tailored to individuals, small, medium or large size groups.
