Training Programme Levels
Interview Skills provide a three-tiered training structure to ensure that staff at any knowledge level will receive appropriate training.
- Foundation Level – A fundamental programme that allows the individual to learn how to improve their interviewing technique.
- Intermediate Level – a mid-level programme aimed at increasing experienced individuals’ understanding of interview practices, and furthering and challenging staff who have been through the Foundation level programme.
- Specialist Level – this investigative level ensures that the interviewer is qualified to guide and mentor staff.
Interview Skills can also provide:
- Quality Control – We can provide quality assurance for the first three levels acting as independent assessors of Interview standards within any organisation.
- Specialist Advisor – as a Consultant to any organisation, we can be called upon to advise, manage and coordinate training and interviews at all levels.
