Tier Structure
All our services are designed to improve your performance in the field of Investigative Interviewing.
Interview Skills have a Tier Structure of the different levels that can be delivered in both Conversation Management and the Cognitive Model:
- Foundation Level – A basic programme of the Models so the individual can gain an appreciation of the theory and put it into practice.
- Intermediate Level – An intermediate level so the individual can develop on the foundation level and build on obtaining the quantity and quality of information elicited from witnesses or suspects.
- Specialist Level – Specialist Interviewer or Investigator. At this level the interviewer has attained an advanced level of interview skills for both Models and is able to guide and mentor staff accordingly.
As per your organisational requirements we can also provide:
- Quality Control – We can provide quality assurance for the first three levels acting as independent assessors of Interview standards within any organisation. This will incorporate interviews and statements being assessed to maintain competency.
- Specialist Advisor – As a Consultant to any organisation, we can be called upon to advise, manage and coordinate training and interviews at all levels.
