Interview Skills was founded by ex-Detective Jonathan Davison, who has over 12 years Investigation and Interview experience as a Detective with Greater Manchester Police. Greater Manchester Police are among the most advanced practitioners of modern interviewing anywhere in the world and recently featured on the BBC Television programmes Eyewitness. Steve Bell is an ex United Kingdom and New Zealand qualified Detective. He has over 17 years top flight policing experience in dynamic fast moving investigations and has extensive experience as a criminal investigator in serious, complex investigations. Steve Retford

Steve Retford served with Greater Manchester Police as an officer for 33 years. 28 of those years were within the Criminal Investigation Department. He retired in June 2006 as a Detective Sergeant and lead trainer in the Investigative Skills Unit of the forces Crime and Specialist Training Department.Read more.
