The Interview Skills team are internationally recognised as experts in the field of investigative interviewing.

Collectively they have over 150 years experience interviewing individuals, witnesses and suspects in many industries including local and central governments, insurance corporations, finance firms and recruitment companies.

In New Zealand the Government Organisation responsible for national qualifications - Learning State and the Compliance Common Capability Programme (CCCP) have confirmed Interview Skills as an approved provider for the delivery of learning services.

Interview Skills are also accredited within assessment services by assessors registered with Learning State who have scope, for the following unit standards:
